Unique Manufacturing Process
We Start by heat treating a solid block to 53 Rc. Next the outside and inside profile is cut using a Wire EDM Machine. I then dice them off to the desired thickness and finish them by grinding them flat and hand Polishing them to a mirror finish.

420 stainless steel is a martensitic alloy which contains 0.38% carbon. Because of the carbon content it enables the steel to be heat treated. The heat treatment process elevates strength, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and allows a highly polished surface finish to be achieved. 420 stainless steel contains no nickel which makes it hypoallergenic and a great choice for those with nickel allergies. 420 stainless steel is in the group of stainless steel that is magnetic witch aids in the fabrication process.
